Watch out!
• Говоря о форс-мажоре, англичане обычно употребляют выражение act of God, которое переводится как «стихийное бедствие».
Его следует отличать от похожего выражения action of God, которое означает «промысел Божий» или «воля Божья».
Примеры.
• Earthquake is an act of God, therefore the damage to your house will not be compensated.
• If you think about your life, you will definitely see the action of God in all challenges you had to face.
• Выражение altogether означает «полностью» или «совершенно». Не путайте его с фразой all together — «все вместе».
Примеры.
• I have completed the course on trademarks altogether.
• I want you to work on the project all together. This will help you to become a real team.
• Выражение altogether также имеет значение «всего».

There are five books on the table altogether.
